Tijd voor bezinning, terug en vooruit kijken, behaalde mijlpalen vastleggen en nieuwe doelen bepalen…??
Klinkt super professioneel, maar ben ik dat ook? Als eenmanszaak is het voor mij voor namelijk mezelf op de vingers kijken (tikken), mezelf oppeppen bij tegenvallers of lange adem-trajecten en voor mijn gevoel draait het allemaal om mij, mij , soep, mij, omzet, mij, smaak, mij en nog eens mij…… Eigenlijk heeft dat het mijn hele leven nog niet gedaan….kortom lastig!?
Of toch eigenlijk ook wel weer fijn, want wanneer het bij mijn werkgevers wel eens absoluut niet liep zoals ik wilde en dingen voor mij werden bepaald, had ik daar toch ook wel een uitgesproken mening over. Of deed ik gewoon mijn eigen ding op mijn manier; gewaardeerd of niet gewaardeerd…
Dus nu niet piepen! zeg ik tegen mezelf, maar waarderen wat je hebt (en daar mag ik best trots op zijn) en waarderen wat ik niet meer heb (en ook juist niet meer wilde!).
Want om even stil te staan bij de mijlpalen van dit eerste jaar, kan ik dat even wel weglaten en een hele lijst produceren! Ik zal er een paar aanhalen en delen in ingevoegde kolom, omdat die wellicht de essentie treffen van mijn boodschap en de toekomst!
| Mijn soepen; het middel om de boodschap vorm te geven en te laten ervaren. Het blijkt mogelijk binnen een jaar meer dan 100 verschillende soorten soepen te maken, waarbij ook zeker grote variatie in ingrediënten gewaarborgd is. Mijn website; blijkt na een jaar met wat aanvullingen en verfijningen nog steeds de juiste uitstraling te hebben en boodschap uit te dragen! Ook het zelf onderhouden elke dag/week en vernieuwen is heerlijk om te doen. Uiteraard nog vele ambities op dit vlak en die volgen zeker nog! Mijn proeverijen; een enorm leerzame manier om mijn boodschap helder te krijgen en om te leren omgaan met het feit dat ieders smaak UNIEK is! Mooi promotie middel en wel afhankelijk van tijd, plaats, weer en bezoekers uiteraard! Dus mag ik komende tijd best kieskeurig in zijn/worden. |
En nu dan weer de blik volledig gefocust op de toekomst. Ik ben er namelijk nog steeds van overtuigd dat als men weer leert proeven en smaken van pure producten leert herkennen, mensen van zelf bewust kiezen voor eerlijke voedingsmiddelen. Die zijn namelijk veel smaakvoller en puur (lees:op een natuurlijke wijze boordevol vitaminen, mineralen, goede vetten, koolhydraten, eiwitten etc.) Door vervolgens pure smaken te combineren en hiermee te variëren is iedereen in staat voor zichzelf een bewustere keuze te maken voor zijn maaltijd. KIES BEWUST GEZOND!
Kortom een nieuw jaar met veel kansen en mooie uitdagingen!
